All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. Payment must be made according to our payment terms. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if payment is not received on time.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges. Valid identification and credit card are required at check-in.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Guests must respect other residents and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
Use of facilities such as pools, gym, and spa is subject to facility rules and operating hours. Some facilities may require advance booking or may incur additional charges. Children must be supervised by adults at all times in common areas.
Riverside Life Residence is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend guests secure valuable items. We are not responsible for any injury or accident occurring on the property except where caused by our negligence.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
