Standard Cancellation Policy

For standard bookings, you may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Special rate and promotional bookings may be non-refundable. These bookings cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. Please check the terms of your specific booking before confirming.

How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, please contact us via email at info@riversidelife.com or call +90 548 870 85 81. Please include your booking reference number and the name under which the reservation was made. You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email.

Modifications to Bookings

Modifications to your booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as early as possible to discuss any changes to your reservation. Modifications are not guaranteed and will be confirmed based on availability.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent your stay, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or provide a credit for future use. Each case will be evaluated individually.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used for booking. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process the refund to your account.
